Creating Custom Audio Postcard Templates

I'm really big on debranding my phone service, Not so much because I hate T-Mobile, but because I love a custom personal experience.

Thanks to this forum I've been able to do a lot of customizations on my T-Mo Shadow. I can make my way around an registry editor, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to create additional templates for the Audio Postcards app that was included in the most recent Shadow Update.

I can see a lot more use from the audio postcards if people were able to create their own templates.

can anyone figure out why this feature is locked out or even where the app is getting the resource file for the template? I can't find it anywhere in the /window folder where all the other resources are kept.
