But anyways I'm going to install now SPB soft and the other stuff and see how it work's. FtouchSL will crash when I try to add exception programs. If remove Opera browser... how do we get a full version from opera itself? it's still in beta.. and it might not work well with omnia since it's not customized specifically for it. Guest bobsbbq Posted October 21, 2008 Report Share Posted October 21, 2008 To all who would like to cook your own ROM. Please note it is not a easy straight forward step by step process. You have to have a general understanding about the process. You have to understand binary numbers and be able to find and determine jumps in binary addresses etc. To add and remove items require editing rgu files and other files similar to a ini file for ROM flashing. If any of these addresses are wrong or rgu files are wrong it may not boot up or may have errors. In summery it is not as easy as it sounds. Omnia make no difference between sms,email and mms. If you insert a picture, the omnia turns automatic into email and mms mode.
