Customize the options of Coreplayer :

Menu / Tools / Colors = Native

Menu / Tools / Preferences / Video / Video output = Raw FrameBuffer

Menu / Tools / Preferences / Video / Smooth zoom = OFF

Menu / Tools / Preferences / Video / Dither = OFF (uncheck)

Menu / Tools / Preferences / Advanced / Slow video memory = check

not sure if i'm allowed to do this or not but here is his original post

I've found that a ripped DVD at standard resolution in DivX format plays fine and looks really good without having to change any settings without any jumping.

I have 2x Touch HD's & both don't playback without jittering... until after i installed the sd-card tweak & did the above.....

Device/Internal/SD Card Storage Speed

Fire up your favorite system benchmark application (i.e.: SKTools) and run a benchmark on Device Storage and one on SD Card. You will obviously see that Device Storage is way faster (like more than 3 times faster) than SD Storage. "What the...? I have a Class 6 SDHC Card?" Yes you do! There are also Operating System drivers for that. The thing is, the Operating System is not configured properly to take advantage of that.

Solution: Download my attached cab, install to Device, Soft Reset, run your benchmark again! What do you see?
