As you may have gathered, Outlook sync isn't supported out of the box. You need to sync between GMail contacts and outlook, and your Android phone will sync with your gmail contacts. Still haven't powered the hero up or opened the sim pack in case it has to go back...plus too busy playing with RTM windows 7. Anybody else replicated the checkdisk memory leak?
