Majin`s experimental ROM based on Omnia B7300

Hi everyone!

Without doubt, the best and most appealing rom's I found

I found two bugs in this rom.

1 can not configure my internet connection

2 WiFi does not work.

PDA: i900DXID1

PHONE: i900DXIF1

Can someone help me?

i had this operator/internet and wi-fi problem, changed SIM card (2 different operators), switched back to my original one and .... it worked... my wi-fi and gprs and other stuff works great

if you have 2 sim card you are lucky !!

the rom dont have any problem with this -

Video Call don't work ( i can do a videocall but i can't talk and i don't see nothing only a white screen )

- I try wireless and i can detect but at the moment i cannot connect to my wireless.

you do hard reset after flashing the rom ?

well friends...

i hv fully tested this rom

and everything is working great (except two probs... camera video preview prob And touch player can't play video, i didn't try video call yet)

everything else working so great fully (no wifi prob, no internet prob)

battery life is good, speed is good,

yes, spb mobile shell take little time to go to jinbox,

otherwise phonebook, call log, dialer, smart converter, audio note, omnia lite settings, call recording during call, skinned sms & email,

file manager, midomi, share pics, rss feed, launcher(you can map it to main menu button), clock, touch calendar, data/comm manager, fm radio, photo album all are tested and working like charm :)

and about online widgets yes it need opera to work properly... you can try opera 10 final

but you cant download any new widgets

i m waiting for majin to get back

bcoz i love this rom and also to want to try any new ver.

WELL its a kind of a bug.... copy some pics in "my document/my pictures" then use picture widget and then select wallpaper for particular page...

Anyway, bad news, cooking is temporarily stopped . My computer could not bear brunt of the work on roms :-( ... I have to buy a new one, then I'll be able to continue ...

Let me introduce my experimental version of ROM "First version" of WM 6.5 build 21895 based on XXJB3 from Omnia Lite B7300

Of course without Phone part.

Memory

Storage: 67 MB

Free RAM: 45 MB

Known bugs:

- mouse

- issue with playing videos recorded by camera. Can by played in TCPMP player, in Touch player and Camera dont. (Conflict new and old lsomaclient) - every advice for resolving this issue are welcome

- updating Touch player library - video recorded camera cant be on My Storage

- used old Task switcher - i900 doesnt support hardware 3D.

Everything else is working fine:-)

For explanation - Settings application doesnt include "My storage", thats the reason why are addtional icon in start menu - Hard reset, Backlight (B7300 doesnt include light sensor), Motion sensor (and different motion sensor driver).

Included:

- Pakko`s 777 camera patch

- battery tweak

- patch for smoother scrolling

- obex inbox

- office 2010 (build 23563)

Removed from official ROM

- Streaming player, Dice, Digital frame,Connected home,Opera 9.5,Google maps,Java,Launcher, Main menu,Midomi,RSS,Podcast,Video editor,Smartreader all these application will be added for download in cab.

Additional info:

This Rom can have these language variations ... Spanish Finnish French Swedish Danish German Greek Italian Dutch Norwegian Polish Russian Portugese English and of course Czech ;-) - for explanation ROM have only English language, but I can cook ROM in these languages...

You can flash your i900L with any rom for i900, but DO NOT flash phone part (radio rom). Of coz Majin's rom doesn't have radio part, so you can flash it.

I can't connect my phone to my PC after flashing yr rom over. Everything else if working fine.

I've tried switching ports already but its still not working.

Don't suppose your next ROM could be an exact replica of the Omnia Lite ROM.

You know what I mean, Not removing anything, Not adding anything?

Also am I not just able to flash PDA part only of a Omnia Lite ROM to our beloved i900?
