potter97 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2010 (edited) Hiya guys, I have PM'ed Paul about the Tapatalk for the forums here, i know he has already been asked on twitter but i want to get a clear yes/no answer from the man himself. Here is the PM........ Hello Paul, I know some of the guys have already asked you to implament tapatalk on your site, but were not really sure if it was a go or not. I know your a VERY busy man so really hate to ask if it is possible to get it on soon, had to refund the app as soon as i found out the BEST forum on the web was a no go. As other have mention the site is add supported, but i, like many other (i expect) would pay the subscriptions just to use the application add free. Please consider adding in the tapatalk to your site. On a side note THANKS for all the work with regards to rooting the Desire You are a true ledgend :P Kindest regards, Richard Jones Any comments or concerns please post away!! Edit: If failing that, what about a [email protected] app like the XDA version?, i have no idear but im guessing one of the XDA devs developed the app??, so maybe thats a bad idear............... yabolek 0 Report post Posted May 12, 2010 I would vote "YES for ADFREE users!" Tapatalk does not display ads that support this forum so it seems fair to allow only ADFREE subscribers to use it.

potter97 0 Report post Posted May 15, 2010 (edited) Paul already said its coming, I see not point in bumping this topic? Hello Yabolek, The bump was to keep the poll fresh!. I would still like to see people vote, And would love to hear from the 5 people saying "no", just to find out why they would not want it. I get the point of the whole "Sent from my HTC dsire" < Seeing that on evey post would be annoying, but hopefully the true troopers (Devs) would also realise this and turn it off :) To change : In XDA app > Settings > Tapatalk Signature > None Edited May 29, 2010 by potter97

Epic-Emodude 0 Report post Posted May 31, 2010 No really Paul STATUS update???? lol. Cheers Boss.... Would we have to pay for this app then? I know that the XDA one is free...
potter97 0 Report post Posted May 31, 2010 Would we have to pay for this app then? I know that the XDA one is free... The tapatalk app you have to pay for anyway, But if say Paul made one, he could have adds in the free version and people with the subscriptions on this site would have no adds, and a little more functionality. flakz0r 0 Report post Posted July 13, 2010 Never used Tapatalk before, is it that good? For example using the xda-devs own software to browse their website on my phone... XDA app is a custom version of tapatalk, its basically the same app :)
twe 1 Report post Posted July 14, 2010 cool, good to know. I guess 1 software is better than several so could install that instead and remove the xda app....
