Hey there,

i'm a real noob in working with custom android roms and stuff and flashed flb 1.6a the day before yesterday the first time. And i love it!

Today i updated to 1.6b but after the reinstall of a2sd i had some bad performanceprobs und most apps were "missing" after the restart it seems ok,

i wanted to check it (using the a2sd check command) but i'm not sure what the log says because i don't get the legend (3 times the same symbol... ).

Maybe you guys can help/teach me:

$ export PATH=/data/local/bin:$PATH

$su

You guys are doing a great job, i'm really looking forward to use a stable froyo mod. Just did a small donation to support your great work a little. Its absolutely worth it!

flibblesan, i've upgraded the rom to 1.6b and for now i cannot see any freeze effects with JIT enabled. i have tried to "fill" the Pulse with apps, now i have 9 MB free (A2SD enabled), but still no freeze. when you think i should expect reboot or freeze problems?

Im currently running FLB 1.2 with apps on the SD card.

Will I need to do a wipe and reinstall everything if I upgrade to the latest 1.6 ?

Cheers.

If you want to be sure that everything is working properly...then yes.

Any chance you can upload a Vanilla Framework for 1.6?

Or perhaps just tell us what needs changing to get a Vanilla Framework so we can do it ourselves manually from now on?

Thanks

how to know what class is my SD card? (I have a lot of SDs)
When there is no print on the card you will have a slow one.

Faster cards are more expansive, so the macunacturer will print the class on the card.

Cheap ebay specials (often fake) have speeds printed on them as well - speeds made up on the spot.

Only way to be sure is to test your SD card but most reputable brands are pretty close to their claimed speeds.

Hello

I'm going to buy a T-Mobile pulse with FLB-MOD FW, but the previous owner probably didn't make NANDROID backup. So my question is that whether guarantee valid or not if I can upload only the original ROM instead of NANDROID backup.

OR Can I upload someone's NANDROID backup to my phone when I need to bring it to repair?

I'm a newbie.

Thanks

Hi im using this rom, does it come with opengl es and if not how would I get it, I read the other thread about getting a file from the g1 and copying it into the rom but its dated back to when we were still on 1.5, would it work on 2.1?

It does but only OpenGL ES 1.1 as the Pulse doesn't support anything more.

thanks, so does your rom have opengl already in it or will I have to get it from somewhere?

Hi guys ! Just installed the 1.6b version of the ROM on my Huawei U8230. Nice and fast as usual, but be careful ! Red key seems to make the whole phone freeze automatically for me. Anyone else having this problem ? In the meantime, deactivated the key, works just fine
