I may be a litle off topic, but i just don't understand something..guys..if you really want htc UI(sense, TF, TF3D), why just don't buy a HTC device? It's like in game industry what are the chefs trying to do : no matter how good a is porting from a console game to pc, it has bugs and issues. Same here. You will never have the perfect HTC UI on a SAMSUNG device. Like you will never have touchwizz for htc. There some things hardcoded and i don't think anybody cand modify those codes unless they are HTC devs. Again, my personal opinion. So, please it's normal to have htc phonecanvas on a htc UI, don't you think??

I had downloaded the Sense and updated the ROM but if i have to revert back to different ROM what needs to be done it is not allowing me to change it to a different version of ROM

Is there anyway to make the animations in sense more fluid? I'm coming from an HTC Touch Pro and with the same 2019 build, the TP was much more fluid. I understand HTC has made some optimizations.

if i disable the samsung dialer and instead use other dialer (e.g Phone canvas or phn ex or windows dialer) i always get a problem which is that if some one gives me a really short miss call then i get an UNKNOWN caller... there is no number or any thing... it just says unknown... but if the miss call is not so short then there is no problem.... this is very annoying.... i cant even see who miss called me...... a lot of people complained about it..... any solution.........??????

I've said this many times quick links have a bug . We have fixed them and will release a new rom with a new build this friday.

It looks much worse. It is especially noticeable in the clock on the home screen. With the Omnia I can seen horizontal bands on the grey clock background, as well as two light pink bands. Surrounding the numbers on the clock I see a "halo" effect. It just looks like the images from the original sense are more heavily compressed on the Omnia 2 port.

a)TAB/ Home screen : The color performance is better compared to other sence roms, but the weather movement is not very smooth. Something smart is the “Call History” button. However there is no way (that I know) to assign quick links for Bluetooth and wifi, so the only way to enable Bluetooth or wifi is through the settings/wireless controls. But in my case, I can’t enable wifi (the button is not active)

:P TAB/ People: I have assigned my quick dial contacts, but afterwards by pushing on contacts buttons nothing happened……. and i have already phone canvas installed

c) TAB/ Internet : I get the message “The file ‘OperaL’ cannot be opened…….”, ??????

d) during normal phone-sense operation the phone freezes from time to time, so I have to do a soft reset.

From what I see, also from other peoples posted opinions, this is a nice try, with software that suites the everyday use, and its a pitty that i cannot work with it

@limcc, thank you for your effort :

a) The task bar procedure is well known, i dont think that the work for MS team, to create these two quick links is to much, and on the other hand this is something which is available on every cooked sence rom so far. In any case this solves not the problem, with the "dead" wifi button in the sence settings menu
