What's the difference between odex and normal? And what languages are included?

And the links wont work... can someone upload again? To mediafire?

Edit: ok they work but it takes a long time...

English and chinese only :( I always forgot that burstlam's version are only for testing (at least for me). This one works really nice!

<div><br></div><div>but... does not sync my contacts, until the first (hot) reboot - there's hot reboot in the powerbutton menu!!</div>

just to muddy the waters a bit more, i'm perfectly fine with the new kernel (ie the original one included in your 8 march kang) - phone sleeps and wifi behaves as it should...

No major issues here either with the new kernel and new adreno libs. As I've already stated before mine sleeps fine.

Been testing the battery today.

I used to be able to play kairosoft games for 4 and a half hours from full to 1%. I just spent 4 and a half hours playing such a game from low 90's to 6% so if anything, the in-use battery is better.

No screen full of coloured pixels, crashes. wifi connectivity or other issues to report.

Funny! just an update..my blade is now going into deep sleep mode from yesterday nightlaugh.gif. i noticed it when it was around 17% and it stayed the same until morning and hadn't kept it on airplane mode . Cant recollect having made any changes anywhere. Had charged it fully yesterday morning and was at 17% since 8pm onwards! Charged it again yesterday night and have done around 20min of call and some texting and its at 75% at 7pm with data on! so its back in business, afraid to reboot it as something might go wrong and put it back in the battery draining situation. I do recollect ticking off use only 2G option to save battery yesterday, but had a look today to check whether it was due to me ticking it off, however found that the tick is surprisingly still there. Dont think i had rebooted it, just some freezes when i tried to connect a bluetooth headset(i couldnt connect it anyways as it was not getting discovered).

After 1 day and 3hrs on a single charge with 35% battery remaining..i now find that the phone not deep sleeping again!mad.gif . Havent touched any of the settings..wonder where the problem is?

Tested new burstlam's build, still massive battery drain,

so far the best rom is burgerz 29 feb + adreno libs

I'm testing now 361X + downgade patch, for a couple hours opinion it's working nice and battery is good

I'll give more details later for who's interested

Did u overclock? Mine was 710 and normally its stable to me...

Me? 710 too. For the past few days anyway. It was previously 729 but it's had the odd reboot lately so I dropped it. When I first got it it could only do 710 anyway so my phone seems kinda borderline 710/729!

Try burgerz 29 feb rom with the old kernel and adreno libs. Links are put up about 2 to 3 pages back. Thats the best for battery life. For pure performance the latest burgerz build or burstlam's build will serve you well but at the cost of battery life. For vanilla build use targetbsp's 8 Mar build (links in his sig). Havent tried any sej builds lately.

I was using Brustlam's 2 March and it started to reboot since Friday.. Maybe cause I had the internal memory reealy full.. This one had no battery drain and the performance was good,...

Maybe it would be better to install Brustlam's 2 March again.. burgerz 29 feb have not many features compared to burstlam's one.. And then flash the paches that can found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1485445

I had that screen full of coloured pixels as well can't remember what I was doing tho, that was on Swedish Snow. Also using Swedish Snow RLS6 with new kernel source WiFi works perfectly (better than before I'd say)

I'm on BurgerZ's version of the 13th of March... after several hours of running, the system somehow forget how to read the light sensor... Automatic backlight does not work, if I go to the appropriate settings menu, I see some old value, which does not change with time.

It happens sometimes, then goes away, with or without restart...

Have anyone seen similar?

I have calibrated proximity (several time tbh...)

I've tested that too, battery drops quick

Yeah this build also seems to suffer from severe battery drain. But only on standby. During usage the drain is actually better than 29 Feb which would explain targetbsp's improved battery life while gaming. In fact the drain during standby is around 75 percent of drain during usage. Partial wakelocks are at a minimum, almost negligible, but kernel wakelocks are through the roof. This is with both wifi and 3g by the way.

The date on that was 4 days ago and we didn't notice until now? lol. Damn that changelog site switching over to CM9!

As far as I know it has the new kernel but old adreno libs.

I'm pretty pleased with my battery life... I'm still using sej's build from 26 Jan with the new libs. The UV kernel works well when listening to music and podcasts, and reading ebooks, which I frequently do. CPU spy says that I'm at 122 a lot of the time.

which link did you download from? I cant download it, does anyone have a mirror for it?

I clicked from the official CM7 download page. Kept saying that it couldnt connect to the page but then it started to download.

My previous tests were purely that my phone was asleep with wifi on. Which it does - in so much as i can't wake it form the keypad.

But I just left the wifi on for a while during sleep and whilst mine does sleep with wifi on... I have to say it absolutely canes the battery! There is something not right there.

This is a dump over a 2 hour period where the phone lost 10 percent of charge while sleeping. The kernel wakelocks readout is latin to me but those numbers aren't normal are they?

Is there any tutorial for building an upgraded version of CWM (in particulary CWM Touch) ?

The volume button on our blade are so damn hard to press. I've tried CWM Touch on a friend's Optimus Black P970 and it's a lot better than our "old" CWM.
