FreeKernel-mod352-miui22.zip for TripNMiUI 1.6.9 Do the item from 1 to 5, if you have not used mod351-miui223 yet. You can overwrite this if you already use mod351-miui223. I am planning on flashing Hiro's Miui mod352 kernel onto Trip's 1.7.0 Froyo, without reboot, flash the new Zkernel ( boot img ) for the newer base bands... 54-55-58-61-67 ( 67 prefered....) That should give me the ramdisk I need and the new kernel image compatible with the 67 bband... I am stuck at work for 4 more hours and will try this as soon as I get home and report back!!! Running it on Trip's 1.7 (bb .67). Everything is working!! Just remember to use the WIFI module from the original ZKernel, otherwise the WiFi gives an error. Best regards, Chris I really don't like zkernel, it is basically Goro's 3.52 without underclock. Just make sure to wipe!!! 8-) Best regards, Chris Edit: Hiro runs Trip's Miui roms, his kernel mods will work if you follow his instructions... 360 gb works w 0.7.5, must wipe dalvik and cache before flashing kernel..... Source codes mod kernel also works well for miui froyo and probably Hiro's too, must wipe before flashing... Trip does not like reading through kernel questions and problems from bad installs, please keep kernel questions and feed back here.. Guest Malkot Posted July 14, 2011 Report Share Posted July 14, 2011 When I used "Back to Stock Kernal" zip file, I am back to stock kernal but now my Build Number shows "(CM6.1.3)scamble(v01.3)......what the hell this version is?I am using Tripn 1.7.3. If u bked up the rom while on custom kernel, that's what u get when u restore that back up.... You can use root explorer to rename ur back ups so you know what they are!!
