NAND installation would probably be a bonus. Besides, the my storage installation is almost the same as a NAND installation... .. . And with NAND installation a lot of people can BRICK their phones.......

Guest arashtarafar
I mean I'm thinking to make one(or just try to)... (do not laugh at this idea please):we can put HaRET in windows startup until then Hey! one idea: how did you manage to put that pink screen?I think it's in the kernel;but in which line?? we can put a loading screen there and by putting HaRET in startup it''ll look like android boot(at least until rom release time...). what's you opinion? one question: what do you think if I open a new thread dedicated to tutorials? users often have trouble mounting partitions or installing systems. in that thread they can ask, download tutorials, get necessary files ... ... what do you think? if everyone agrees it's done in hours... ... waiting ... ... This not a line. Normally boot logo is compiled in the kernel (it's a .h file). We were thinking about boot logo, but it isn't as important as other things, don't You think? There is a thread with FAQ (for beta1). Ask moderators. BTW. I'll also put some faq in second post.

Guest voyteckst
1.thank you your codes work on Froyo(but is unstable) one question(please answer):how do I mount gingerbread? it says no such file!!!(something silly:my ubuntu can't unpack! console extracts but the result is empty!) 2.so I may do it while you're busy with gingerbread... 3.yes.that's about android.but what about ubuntu, linux, windows? there's windows XP available for hd2.have you heard that? video tutorials are coming soon ... ... Public Announcement: Gingerbread is not finished yet and is not available now.please do not post uncertain news!!! First of all. This is Android on Omnia II forum section. I'm not interested in running ubuntu or windows. I really don't know what are You saying about gingerbread... Second. Windows XP isn't ported, it's run in a x86 emulator (there is no XP version for ARM at all). Third. arashtarafar, I see that You want to do something (even more: all things at one time).
