When I answer an incoming call it takes about 5 seconds for the speaker to come on. Also, when I slide to unlock it seems to struggle to open. If you have rooted your phone, try installing Seeder on your phone. It speeds up drastically. I have observed that, using an app lock application like SmartProtector etc. slowed my phone too.
