I use this HTC ENCODER to encode films for the blade, it will let you play them on the native player in android hope this help's :D P.S it run's from a single folder as well so no need to install...... But I find this one:http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/tips/mp4-to-avi.html The program in this link can also enconde videos and convert them to other formats. It seems to be good!
