Remove the androzip.apk! you already have another file manager in the rom!!!!!!! remove the su executable from /system/xbin copy from (p. ex. Atomic R6) 2 files. from /system/app the superuser.apk and put in the same dir in R12. from /system/bin the su and put in the same dir in R12. Compress the file as it was before. Copy it to the card. Install as usual. Atomic mod R12 with root and you can still use if in TPT 150. Thank you H3ROS for the big tip of the TPT!!! Thank you Tillaz for your great work in this rom!!! So what i did: -remove the androzip -remove the default su -place the su and superuser.apk -remove with titanium backup the proximity calibration as my phone is with the other sensor. I have R8 and I am going to R12. How should I do this best? I just installed over the R8 and seemed to lose all apps, so I did an advanced restore of the data, cache and ext-sd.
