For recovery img, you MUST use a stock one, asit ensure your phone enter into FTM mode properly.For changing boot img, it could be fine but I'm not 100% sure. You made a bunch of people happy, and guess what?! I, yes me who criticized your announcement in first place, was the first one to kudo you on your unlocking method post :D And for the MAC Address is as simple as warn people before do anything to write down their actual MAC Address and how to restore it after. It is not on the labelunder the battery like IMEI. For a computer I know it is printed on the labelof the network card, but for a mobile, I’ve no idea..
