From now on you can just use Goo Manager to check for updates. Just go into Goo, click the menu button and "Check for updates". Should come up with "No update available" but when I post one, it should just download it for you :P

Well since no one noticed anything else I'm just going to show the changelog:

  • GPU OCing - GPU OCs with CPU - should improve performance and speed
  • CPU UVing - should save battery
  • GPS fixed
  • Improved UI speed and quality
  • Much faster kernel

OMFG...sorry but OMFG!!!

Have noticed an issue though:

post-785654-133046022527_thumb.png

Notice the blue lines edging some areas of the video? Definitely were not there last night when I watched this episode..odd

OK, so I'm changing my name to Kermit the frog, as I am, in fact, a muppet.

Uploaded it from tapatalk, so obviously, whatever it does on the display, stays on the display, didn't affect the actual screenshot. I've got no way of filming what it's doing, only way to describe it is that certain sharp edges in video playback seem to be outlined in blue.

So, any ideas?

Well I included a new lib for video decoding so that might be the issue? How smooth is the video?

OCing - General usage through the UI but more likely in gaming. UVing - on standby should increase battery life quite a lot.

Try OCing?

Haven't OC'd this rom till now...wow!!! don't know what it'll do to my battery life, but this is getting tuned to the fastest it'll handle..used to be 940, but I'm gonna play around now!!

Video is super smooth, but BS player still refusing to decode in hardware, so just software rendering atm.

just got to 960 and stayed stable, 979 killed it, but it used to lock up at 960 so it's an improvement.

The only thing forcing me not to use the ROM is battery......hope this sorts it outsmile.gif

I have a feeling that the HW renderer is being used but isn't being reported. Otherwise video wouldn't be smooth.
