Guest Victor von Zeppelin
Adobe have just released Flash Player 11.1, the last planned release of Flash Player for Android. In addition to the usual cited "performance improvements and bug fixes", Flash 11.1 addresses the compatibility issues with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. We've already picked up on some issues with this release, including frames not updating when seeking in a flash video and more alarmingly audio continuing to play during calls. Despite citing compatibility with Android 2.2, we've seen a number of complaints from Froyo users specifically since applying the update. The full list of nasties can be found in the release notes below. Source: Market, Release Notes This item was promoted to the News page - click here to view.
