Guest awarner Posted April 18, 2012 Report Share Posted April 18, 2012 Unless you are very good with a soldering iron and have a high powered magnifying glass or microscope you will find it hard to repair it yourself. Soldering mini USB is hard enough, micro USB will be virtually impossible. As it is a specialist item you will need to find a retailer like RS that deals on the component level. You can check out that USB port for repairing and make it more useful once again.
