Since the Windows Phone Summit on the 20th June, Nokia have been implying that their Windows Phone 8 devices will be shown first, as a priority partner etc, etc... ...which made Samsung's announcement of the ATIV S at IFA 2012 all the more surprising. Nokia's reaction? Placards welcoming Samsung back to Windows Phone, Nokia stating the ATIV S is just a warm up act...
