I was just about to post completely the opposite. I have always used Apex, but it's recently been unresponsive at startup. I stuck Nova on last night, and it is SOOOO fast, it's like a different phone. Seriously. I've even taken off all overclocking now, using nova, and the phone is rock solid, fast, no reboots. Apex was always the first thing I installed... but Nova is so much smoother, faster and slicker on CM10. WP8Launcher is worth a play with too... WP8Launcher is worth a play with too... I've been using Nova launcher since Infusion, then CM9, then CM10, and I've got to agree with you, its fast, solid, and stable. On stock ICS eBay notifications display in the bar, and flash the LED, but with CM10 I get neither. Just wondered if it was only me, or if it's the same for everyone? Argh :P Something important, left the phone overnight with wifi off, 3g on i belive and it drained about 30% battery.
