would you lose sim unlock (sim free), if you install firmware update

I deleted some system files on my G510 that I need to have (thought is was blot ware). I've the unlocked Sim (not stuck with Vodafone Sim), I was wondering whether I would have to the unlock Sim again, after I've installed the firmware update to restore the system fails I deleted before. Please help, any suggestions?

This is the G300 section, not the G510. As for your problem, I doubt you would need to unlock again, however you should get a more accurate answer from a fellow G510 user.
