Flashed B8 now. Played a little with it , i disabled some apps , seems good , now i`m testing with Ceastel 0.47 kernel , coming back with results.

Why don't you try it without the custom kernel first, then you have something to compare it against?

I foud some news about changelog in a german forum

http://www.android-hilfe.de/original-firmwares-fuer-huawei-ascend-y300/502310-firmware-b199.html

in english by google translate is:

 ........ (Unofficial) Changelog: Vulnerability # 9950697 closed ( Master Key bug )

I can not find innovations. Had me but also surprised. The firmware runs smoothly and stable for the first impression. As for the Masterkey vulnerability: SRT AppScanner reported in the new version no open gaps. Probably all closed so far known vulnerabilities. Firmware B197 was still vulnerable to # 9,950,697. A hex balance between version B197 <-> B199 shows that has at least minimally changed something in the source code of the new version. ......

I hope this help

Guys, i added the service provider to status bar...who wants it can download this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ec95g1cmg8m5xyw/SystemUI.apk

combined mod, also removed carrier name in notification panel: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ccqmj1hl278xrzq/SystemUIRemovedCarrier.apk

Rename it in SystemUI.apk and change permissions to rw-r-r--

SPECIAL THANKS: tillaz, i want to really thank you because you edited systemui.apk and you made it like a cyanogenmod systemui, so i can edit a lot of things :), THANK YOU!

Not sure what you mean by "still". The notification toggle has always worked for me. There's been the occasional delay when it comes to the icon reflecting network status, but it's working.

Anyway, didn't expect to see a new build so soon, or at all. Oh, how I've missed days like these.

@tillaz: While I had pushed to keep Xposed as part of the ROM in the past, it's since dawned on me that perhaps your instinct to leave it separate was correct. Both the framework and GravityBox (assuming it's still included) have been updating more frequently than I had anticipated, and probably will continue to, especially as rovo89 has just begun working on KitKat compatibility. Maybe it'll just be easier this way?

At any rate, glad to see you back.

It has been updated.

Hi tillaz, thanks for new update :), one question..can i use this guide to add brightness slider?http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2268252, or will not work?

wont hurt to try, the systemUI is AOSP same as CM so should work fine.

yeah, they are in "data / app" now so updating is easy

but xposed not because is in /system/app (you have to use root explorer)

i have missed a few things including this, next version will be corrected.

Welcome back tillaz! I'm happy again! Perfect work (as always). Only one note: DSP Manager is missing.

Google for dspmanager apk and drop it in system/app.

the apk wont work by its self as the effects come from the libs & the the config file, flash this until i update the rom

Working VERY well so far.

My only niggle it's that I can't enable battery percentage in the status bar through build.prop... even though I've set it true. I don't want to use xposed framework as it conflicts with another app I use.

Not the end of the world though. Performance and battery seem excellent so far.

that prop only works with huaweis systemUI, which has been completely removed, as i had to port the AOSP systemUI to be able to add code for the power toggles

you could use this to add a battery percentage  http://uot.dakra.lt/

did you try this version of xposed framework? is it still the same with those apps?

Hi, i've got just one question. Is integrated in the moto camera a software comparable to the bravia engine 2 (for noise reduction and other features)? If not, there is any other software with this purpose installed in that rom or is it expected in future realase? (sorry for my bad english)

to be honest i stopped including bravia engine in my roms a long time ago because i see no difference with it, and don't think they actually work

however you could try one of the newer ports of bravia engine 3 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2281243

Not tried exposed with my problem app... can only do it at work! Tbh xposed doesn't bother me... I don't need any off the terms (except the battery percentage)

Been running 10hrs light use, most of them on 3G, used about 48% battery, which is as good as I've seen on this phone.
