The community around this phone is growing quite fast. Any of you have the phone? Any developers out the interested in the device? Use this thread to discuss and see if we can open a modaco ZOPO "Device Specific - Android Phones" folder.

Any questions (if I can answer), feel free to ask.

I bought it from Antelife.com and it was around 270€ + shipping. Today I would buy it from the zopo stores in europe. Would save me the trouble and costs of DHL procedures with portuguese customs.

Although the battery is a "small" 2000mAh one, it's life is quite good for the phone. In this first days, as usual, you don't give any rest to the phone and dispite of that I get more than one day of battery life.

The screen is getting 2% of usage in the battery. Since Im messing around a lot with the phone, the usage time maybe ain't accurate. I'm having 2% battery usage for the display and 44m 19s of screen usage - again... since Im rebooting and pulling the battery quite often, maybe the stats aint accurate.

I'll give you some more accurate stats later.

Not bad, don't you think?

Im using a lot of text messaging, a few phonecalls, good amount of time on wifi, ocasional 3G (mostly at work) and a lot of goofing around with the phone, daily.

Another bunch of ports made by Marsapa, from Italy.

I'm running V15 (a zp990 port) and it's super smooth and fluid. Aroma installer gives the possibility to repartition the internal memory up to 7Gb. Awesome.

Have a look:
