I changed mine to look like a Nexus7 and lost my backup when I was trying to remove my root and the hudl froze, so had to factory reset in recovery. Was trying to get sky go working. For some reason after the factory reset it kept the root and build prop. Factory reset wipes data partition it doesn't touch system partition.
