B3 Not showing under ADB devices

Like the title says, my phone doesn't appears under ADB devices. Without drivers it shows as other devices labeled Android. Once driver is installed, it puts my phone under Ports (COM & LPT)  and identifies it as ZTE Handset Diagnostic Interface (DFU) (COM3). This makes it impossible for the phone to connect with pc whether it is transfering data, or USB tethering.

 

When I power it down, and power it up holding both volume keys it appears as ZTE Handset Diagnostic Interface (DFU) (COM4), as it should.

Now, my main question is this android glitch, or maybe a physical (USB port damage or something)
