I'd say it's a 50/50 split. Alot of Chinese phones have the lower 4g frequency, but you do get to miss out on a lot of good ones tho.

Wat is 50/50 Split.

Hi all,

Can anybody point to me a good phone with the following specifications.

1) screen 5.7 to 6 inches

2) Dual sim (must)

3) dedicated sd card slot (must) (no hybrid card slot)

4) at least full hd

5) 4 G capable.

I shall be thankful.

Topic has been dead lately.

Just ordered one of these for my 11 year old son (maybe for Xmas):

€50 delivered to Ireland.

Obviously not the greatest specs in the world but looks interesting... :-)

If you're still looking after nearly 3 years ( ? ) then the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite matches all of your requirements from around £150.

What can I say, the thread looked lonely and unwanted.

Xiaomi Pocophone/Poco F1 has similar specs for a lot less money (c. US$300).

https://www.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_pocophone_f1-9293.php

I'm tempted by it but am still using my Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro (even with a cracked screen!) happily enough.

I had even bought a new Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 but ended up giving that to my son for his birthday to replace the Uhans A101 that was driving him mad with crap battery life etc. ?

Comparison here:

And as usual Kimovil is a useful site for checking specs/prices etc.

www.kimovil.com

The crack is not that noticeable and doesn't affect functionality but it is starting to annoy me and I don't think that I really want to do a teardown and DIY replacement myself.

It's years since I did that sort of thing and these days I reckon life is too short (must be getting older... :-D)

I agree! (Not about you getting old lol)

Even a scratch..I just get a new one ?. I'll have a look at your links (looking at pocophone on YouTube now)

I did have the Honor 10 for a week, but Hawai took away the option to set different notification tones for apps(another thing that drives me mad) and funnily enough it's hard to find out basic things like that from reviews ?x

I've enjoyed using Xiaomi phones for the past few years.

I was fond of MIUI but then they started putting all sorts of bloat into it that I don't like.

So these days I prefer to get LineageOS installed and use that instead.

Xiaomi make this a little bit of hassle (e.g. having to unlock the bootloader etc.) but there's plenty of help and guides out there.

Still  tempted by the Pocophone F1 but I'm resisting for now... ?

oneplus 6t is the best phone for today, with the original android launcher and small price. I can't whaite black friday to bay this phone

Xiaomi Poco/Pocophone F1 gives the OnePlus 6T a run for its money and is significantly cheaper. Just got one but haven't started using it yet.
