Free paid apps with free IAPs and the developer earning money for the time a user spends on the app. Everyone's a winner, right (except possibly Amazon)? It's a nice theory (although it skews towards games which are most 'sticky'), but in reality the Underground app list is a sea of low quality apps, punctuated only occasionally by what anyone would consider a 'premium' app. 'Facetune' is one such app, which appeared in the store this week.
