Which phone Sub £200, less than 5", great camera - what's the android equivalent of the iPhone 5S?

Been researching this for a while and struggling, particularly with finding consistent views on which models have a decent camera.

Would really like to have 5" or less screen size if possible for one handed use / not dropping it down the loo.
