Guest yacepi
I have seen that some ZTE phones and modems were unlocked changing some files on the EFS. But i didnt found a EFS folder. Investigating, with the QPST (A few Qualcomm tools that are downloadeable by anyone), we can access the EFS of the ZTE KIS P752E. It can be unlocked this way? Guest minipower
Not able to help you with an answer. I can only tell you what I read and tried. I read of people using a trick on HTC phones, that I was not able to get it to work on the n817 Quest I have. it said to create a new folder at root named open sesame door then open your adb command prompt and type: adb reboot. After the phone reboots read it again with QPST EFS Explorer which still should be opened, you will notice that the red no access circle has been removed. Really, I think HTC has put their own specific coding on their phones to make this work for their own testing or service reasons. But I didn't see a reason not to try
