Warnings?

Because they've been given a warning. I don't know the exact reason, but I could imagine using offending words or posting a site with illegal content could be the reasons.

Sounds about right. I know one member was given a warning for publicly offering to share Gamboy games (and he'd previously offered to share some Hexacto games I think)

Muude/HelloDave are right. Mostly to do with illegal things. But usually it's serious offences that receive warnings and it is not practiced much, but especially re-offenders and ignorant bustards that ignore public/admin/mod requests _to do/not to do_ certain things would get that... It's not like cross-posting accidentally (not all the time) would get a warning.

All moderators must prevent any direct (or here is a page where you can..) indirect links to PORN, WAREZ, etc.

If someone, accidently (stupidly or navievly) refers to such a link then they will porobaby get a warning.

I assume this is what this message means. It also helps people assess the integrity of such a users postings.
