Maybe the expense of tools such as OCP's WinCE Cab Manager is too great for what you need? Introducing the first and only online .cab maker, Cab-O-Matic! :) Cab-O-Matic allows you to upload a .zip file containing the files and registry settings you want installed on your device and then packages them into a self-installing .cab file. It's worth mentioning is the fact that this is currently in Beta. If for some reason you get an error or the .cab doesn't install, sling me a PM with the .cab and the .zip used to generate the .cab and i'll sort it :) So, what you waiting for? Go make some .cab's!http://nedge2k.com/cab-o-matic EDIT: For those of you who may be confused as to why you'd want to use this.... Imagine a .cab file full of all your settings, owner details, software serial numbers etc. Granted, you'd have to have a look in the registry to find out the locations of some of these settings but most popular settings are published around the web and if you wanted to rebuild a .cab with custom settings, you could always use a tool like MSCEInf to extract the original .cab and then use my Cab-O-Matic to re-build it :D UPDATE: Cab-O-Matic now supports program menu shortcuts for .exe files, MSTRING and BINARY datatypes for registry settings.
