  1. Can I please ask what screen time you guys are getting? Don't get my phone until Saturday so haven't been able to test for myself...thanks for any info!
  2. Hmm I was carefull to choose the option without search button, but I have it anyways (flashed on top of a 4 button MCR irl8)...I included the google search widget but also chose the rotating 5 row launcher...
  3. Are you un-ticking the default option? And speaking of this, I installed lr8 with search but now see that its not really necessary as ICS provides it in apps that search...can I just cook with a new version and install without wiping anything? Will system apps be affected?
  4. THanks for this, downloaded straight from them but appreciate the heads up. I was able to log in, and it works pretty cool, has your friends in little bubbles!
  5. bought mine at the Sony Ericsson store in Kensington, London on the weekend and it does have the rattle up by the earpiece; but it doesn't have any distorted sound; very clear in calls. Doesn't bother me really as not usually shaking the phone while holding it to my ear, but wouldn't mind know what it was caused by either!
  6. Well got it fixed...the SIM provisioned the phone with the wron gproxy address .132 instead of .135 had to lie and say i had the Vario Compact IV to get them to talk to me!
  7. Hi all, in the UK until Thursday and bought my new Xperia at the SE store in Kensington. Came with an O2 card that I couldn't get internet to work on. So, bought a T-mobile sim just now and it set itself up...and I can browse using Opera or MobileIE....BUT I cannot sync with my Exchange server or get data in Google Maps. I see the connection set itself up with a Proxy which I figure is frigging me up, but their help desk is clueless...any ideas? Will this work? Help please, really want it to work as much cheaper than roaming on my home sim (which funnily enough works fine on T-mobile) not to mention the GBP30 I put on the sim!!! Thanks, MK
  8. This also drives me nuts. Can be on "Vibrate" and it still does this, which is crazy to say the least. So thought I would *bump* this up.
  9. Found it, thanks for the tip. Doesn't work so well unfortunately :)
  10. What I want to do is start Microsoft Voice Command with my headset, not the voice dialler. Any ideas?
  11. No pin, and it definately does not restart the phone radio, stays with the little 'x' until I go into coms and hit the flight-mode off button. Hmmm...was hoping this was an ill-thought out feature and not a bug on my particular phone!
  12. Hey all, Seems if I hold down my power button to turn my TyTn off, the radio turns off just before the device itself does (turns to an 'x' just before the screen goes off)...and when I restart the radio is still off. If I reset using the reset button in the little hole, no problem the radio comes back on. Is this by design? I find it annoying as its an extra step to get up and running after rebooting...
