  1. Yes you should be able to recieve as long as it is a vcard from any device. To use num lock, just hit alt twice and it will be num locked, also if you hold down any of the keys it will do the alternate function, so you really don't need it unless to lock. you can do the same with caps. here are some other tips 1. hold home key to activate voice command 2. in start menu the apps are in a 4 x 2 table EX # # # # # # # # on the QWERTY keyboard these will act as shortcuts Q W E R A S D F 3. HOLD END KEY FOR LOCK 4. TAP POWER BUTTON FOR SHORTCUT LIST TO PROFILES AND COMM MANAGER AND OPERA 3.0 RUNS WELL, BUT FOR THE OK AND BACK BUTTON THE KEYS ARE Q P THE TOP LEFT AND TOP RIGHT, NOT THE DEFAULT SOFTKEYS. HOPE THAT HELPED.

  8. first off using my methodt take all of 5minutes to setup. and the only problem is the sent to. which for a business user could pose problem. if it is a small biz I Am guessing they are not getting going to switch to exchange to appease your e mail annoyance. if you are tech savvy, your IT department could look into setting up a funambol server. it is a opensource solution based on syncML. it would allow you to use existing pop setup and runs on any platform mac, windows, linux, blackberry, palm, pocket PC. with that said you might not be running the pop server in house. Another solid option is to get google domain. just search google domain. it is free from google, not very maIn stream, but is free gmail for your entire organization, and it under your domain. with gmail in pop access you can have gmail archive a copy when pulled from pop. thus never duplicating. plus you would allow get shared and syncable calenders, docs and spreadsheets for team projects, google desktop ontop of that would to index all of that this to index everything. aswell very soon openOffice (free office alt) which is all java based and far superior and fully comaptible with MS Office with be syncing and saving directly with google docs and spreadsheets. you guys could doit with pop3 to index if you had the best java programmers in the world on staff. did I mention theses solutions are free. not sure where you had are at in your organization, but not having to purchase those office license keysfor office 2007,and free exchange solution, or free pop on steroids from google(3 gigs per user to start) could make you very popular. in addition no it support cost and if outlook goes down. you have awesome web interface, superior to bloated outlook Web Access nterface. to answer original question just get flexmail 2007 for smartphone. it willallow to set your outgoing to whatever smtp to whatever you please, and can access activesync. here is a link to web is.net,backend download server. it is in beta but works great. so scroll to beta and ftf section. it will have SP in file name. http://download.pocketinformant.com
  9. attached file has everything you need...including totalcommander sp5 edition...you should be able to easily run at 264 or higher depending on phone. have fun file will uploaded at ftp://xda:[email protected]/uplo..._smartphone.zip
  10. hey this will fix both your probems and allow you to use the direct push for all your pim data.(email, contacts, calander, tasks) 1. good job on the gmail...goto settings and enable pop3 access make sure you use ssl and these port numbers pop.gmail.com=465 and smtp.gmail.com=995(u wontneed it though) 2. go to www.mail2web and get a free exchange account. 3. go back to gmail and settings. forward all mail to [email protected] also you can export your contacts and import through the outlookwebaccess you now have with some mail2web. 4. go on your device and open activesync. go to settings config server. server=mobile.exchange.mail2web.com [email protected] pw:*** domain=ad2 that is it you will now be automatically syncing all your infonot just mail, and it will be pushed to your device in real time .also if you get a newphone or have to reset your phone just put in activesync info and everything downloaded to device in undera minute. 5. misc apps u might like. www.gmail.com/app great little more java app to search and everything check gmail. wap.gcalsync.com sync your gmail calender, with phone which then sync with your exchange so you can keepmultiple adresses synced. www.google.com/gmm awesome map app java app is your friend. alright I am out:
