  1. Yeah, no one else seems to have these problems which leads me to believe it could be the watch, but since support aren't interested I guess I'll never know!
  2. I've had mine a few months, love the score notifications (FotMob Pro is my app of choice) from my followed teams I have loads of problems with disconnects though, I have to restart the watch 3 or 4 times before it will reconnect and I lose connection 3 or 4 times a day. I've contacted support who took 3-4 days between each email to reply and weren't really interested. I use bluetooth headphones, bluetooth car stereo and PS3 controllers (wireless) - none of which have any issues, only the watch. (Nexus 4 on stock 4.2.2 rooted)

  4. I tried multiple times, none went through, colleague got one without trying. Eventually got right to the end and the card got declined even though there's plenty of money on it Then when they were back to "Coming soon" I got a confirmation email for a 16Gb one then an 8Gb one then another 8Gb one! cancelled the 2 8Gb ones (was tempted to sell on at cost to someone like Paul O, but the Mrs needed the money for Christmas Shopping this weekend), no wonder the card got declined!
  5. £6.90 a month SIM only for 12 month contract seems best to me (Three UK) Unfortunately, I don't have the cash or credit to get the phone upfront so I'm going to have to go the O2 route :(
  6. I was always going to get the next Nexus as my phone upgrade on O2 is due tomorrow. I don't really care if I get the 8 or 16Gb version, every photo and video I take is backed up to Dropbox and deleted from the phone, the only thing I really store on the phone is about 50 music videos for when I'm on the treadmill and a couple of music playlists for if I'm in an area with no data connection.
  7. AndroidLost and Lookout never seem to work for location with me, however, the AndroidLost feature where it pops up a message (e.g. Memory Low) and they click OK which takes a photo of them always works in tests for me
  8. Just upgraded to Modaco Jr6 custom ROM for my Nexus, just seen that some are having battery drainage issues but a change of Kernel has helped this, can anyone recommend one that's good for battery life and this ROM? cheers
  9. Is there a time this will be happening on the 29th?
  10. Storage on my GN is fine so that's not a problem for me, I'd prefer longer lasting battery, same screen size, much better camera, NFC still, faster CPU, maybe quad core? 2Gb RAM
  11. Hi guys, hope someone can help me, I have 2 problems stopping me from installing 75% of the apps I want on my tablet which I just updated to it's official JellyBean ROM. No one else has reported this problem with this tablet/ROM so I hope someone knows the solution. 1) with around 50% of the apps (paid for and free) I get the error "Couldn't Install on the USB storage or SD card" (see screenshot) 2) a lot of apps (Chrome for example) say they are not compatible, yet they were fine in ICS and they are fine on my JellyBean phone. Number 2 I've seen before and been able to add an android.hardware.location.gps.xml file in to system/etc/permissions and it's work, but it's not working this time. Number 1 has me really stumped, searching the net finds the problems on all sorts of devices and there's 2 solutions, neither of which work, one is to unmount the SD card and install, then remount it - I've unmounted & removed the card, but nothing (I have 16Gb internal memory too). The other solution is to delete any files called "smdl2tmp1" of which I have none. Now I've tried wiping the cache etc, re-installing the ROM, doing factory resets etc but nothing is helping. I have also noticed that my internal memory isn't getting wiped each time and I cannot find how to wipe it. The tablet has CWM recovery built in but it's in chinese, but I know my way around it. I have noticed that if I install and load up Astro file manager it lists my storage options as this (click for screenshot) Local Storage 1 (USB) - I have nothing plugged in to the slot Local Storage 2 tries to point to external SD card even when it's unmounted or not even in (this still appears if I have nothing plugged in on boot too) Local Storage 3 is my internal memory Local Storage 1 & 2 allow me to open them but there's nothing in there and I cannot add folders etc (no errors, it just doesn't do it) Please can anyone offer advice? My tablet is pretty useless with hardly any apps installed on it.
  12. already following Paul & Modaco, does that mean we were already entered with 2 chances or will you only be putting new followers in the draw?
  13. so when they say it now works with ANY credit and debit card they are lying?
