Unfortunatly, the .lnk files in Wm6 have imbedded images, unlike in Wm5 where there were two seperate files. =\ My only sugestion is recreating the .lnk file entirely on your pc. You would have to find the right program, but that would allow you to make a custom icon. :( try google searching "freeware download icon create .lnk" (or somthing along those lines) Good Luck :D
3. Hello Everybody, I'm using rjshortcut on my BlackJack I (wm6), and am attempting to change the background color of the icons to red (#FF0000). my code for rjshortcuts reads: <plugin clsid="{F3750050-8E30-4c61-A864-4301F5D7C065}" name="shortcuts" height="31"> <background> <format state="selected" bgimage="\Application Data\Home\CarbonFiber\allday-selected.jpg" /> <format state="unselected" bgimage="\Application Data\Home\CarbonFiber\allday-unselected.jpg" /> background> <format padding-left="22" padding-right="0" padding-top="5" padding-bottom="0" /> <shortcutbar format="selected" icon-spacing="2" icon-size="small" usedefaulticon="No" iconbgcolor="#FF0000" bgcolor="transparent" > <shortcut target="\Windows\Start Menu\Organizer\Tasks.lnk" appname="Tasks" iconfile="\My Documents\Icons\Tasks.ico"/> <shortcut target="\Windows\Start Menu\Call History.lnk" appname="Call History" iconfile="\My Documents\Icons\Call History.ico"/> <shortcut target="\Windows\Start Menu\Settings.lnk" appname="Settings" iconfile="\My Documents\Icons\Settings.ico"/> <shortcut target="\Windows\iexplore.exe" appname ="Internet Explorer" iconfile="\My Documents\Icons\InternetExplorer.ico"/> <shortcut target="\Windows\Start Menu\Camera.lnk" appname ="Camera" iconfile="\My Documents\Icons\Camera.ico"/> <shortcut target="\Windows\Start Menu\ATT Music\1 Windows Media.lnk" appname="Media Player" iconfile="\My Documents\Icons\MediaPlayer.ico"/> <shortcut target="\Windows\Start Menu\Applications\File Explorer.lnk" appname="File Explorer" iconfile="\My Documents\Icons\FileExplorer.ico"/> <shortcut target="\Windows\Start Menu\My Stuff.lnk" appname="My Stuff" iconfile="\My Documents\Icons\MyStuff.ico"/> shortcutbar> <appname state="selected" fgcolor="#FF0000" x="200" y="0" w="248" h="22" valign="Top" halign="Right" font-weight="bold" font-size="17" /> plugin> I have issolated the problem to the iconbgcolor element. When I remove it from the xml file, the bg color is black, and if I put it in, the screen does not load at all. I believe that the syntax is exactlly what rjshortcut asks for, but please review it and let me know. Could the iconbgcolor element not be working for some reason?
4. If you did that, would you have to press the 'down' button to reach a plugin that's located to your right? <_< That would be annoying :(
5. Delete the all-day events plugin, and in its place, paste the smart monitor code. To maintaine the background image that all-day events had, paste the code for the background: [/codebox] The background image that fitted allday events may be too small for the smart monitor display. You can edit it in paint/photoshop...whatever or use the calender bg image which is larger. good luck
6. :D Wait, wait... When I tried messing around with the .lnk files in windows>start menu, my phone protects the files and says that they are system files. Have you found a way to unlock controls to these files?
7. I have been writing and testing my homescreen using google search plugin and rjshortcut plugin on my blackjack 1 (wm6) THIS IS THE RJSHORTCUT TAB: <plugin clsid="{F3750050-8E30-4c61-A864-4301F5D7C065}" height="31"> <background b-border-width="0"> background> <format padding-left="6" padding-top="5" padding-bottom="0"/> <shortcutbar icon-spacing="2" icon-size="small" usedefaulticon="No" iconbgcolor="#0000FF"> <shortcut target="\Windows\Start Menu\Organizer\Tasks.lnk" appname="Tasks" iconfile="\Windows\Icons\Tasks.bmp"/> <shortcut target="\Windows\Start Menu\Call History.lnk" appname="Call History" iconfile="\Windows\Icons\Call History.bmp"/> <shortcut target="\Windows\Start Menu\Settings.lnk" appname="Settings" iconfile="\Windows\Icons\Settings.bmp"/> <shortcut target="\Windows\iexplore.exe" appname ="Internet Explorer" iconfile="\Windows\Icons\Internet Explorer.bmp"/> <shortcut target="\Windows\Start Menu\Camera.lnk" appname ="Camera" iconfile="\Windows\Icons\Camera.bmp"/> <shortcut target="\Windows\Start Menu\Organizer\Tasks.lnk" appname="Tasks" iconfile="\Windows\Icons\Tasks.bmp"/> <shortcut target="\Windows\Start Menu\AT&ampT Music\1 Windows Media.lnk" appname="Media Player" iconfile="\Windows\Icons\Media Player.bmp"/> <shortcut target="\Windows\Start Menu\Applications\File Explorer.lnk" appname="File Explorer" iconfile="\Windows\Icons\File Explorer.bmp"/> <shortcut target="\Windows\Start Menu\My Stuff.lnk" appname="My Stuff" iconfile="\Windows\Icons\My Stuff.bmp"/> <appname x="22" y="0" w="248" h="22" fgcolor="#FFFFFF" halign="Right"/> shortcutbar> plugin> Everything has been working fine until my last change : iconbgcolor="#0000FF" (blue) When I flip to my homescreen, it only shows the loading icon (4 colored circle). Is there a problem with rjshortcut not supporting this color or am I missing somthing? Thanks in advance :D
