  1. I want this phone! Show me potato salad!
  2. At a push it would work on the ~700 mhz overclocked kernels, but that is just another drama to deal with. Definitely time to start considering upgrading my almost year-old hero. It's been good, sweet prince.
  3. The GSM rom is for European heros and others that use the GSM standard. CDMA is for carriers like Sprint in the US.
  4. I knew it... never mind, it had to be done, you can't help it
  5. Everytime you watch beastiality pronz, sense 2.1 gets delayed
  6. What about our friend the sun? http://www.virtualvillage.co.uk/usb-ac-sol...m_medium=shcomp Duracell is a decent brand http://nexus404.com/Blog/2008/08/01/durace...attery-charger/ Could use AA's http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http...xI4yC_AbemaC6Cg I dunno about 30% to 100 though. that crazy talk. Petrol generator?
  7. Sprint version is ugly! http://www.engadget.com/2010/05/19/sprints...id-2-1-upgrade/ Yea I heard Paul say something ages ago about the official 2.1 stopping all flashing techniques that we all use, so be careful if you do upgrade.
  8. Don't see why you are excited for mcr 4 when you havent even tried the others :S
  9. I don't believe it..
  10. Lame. Probably never getting an update anyway.

    SenseUI + 2.1?

Yes there is, and it's actually pretty awesome. http://htcpedia.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2196 Based on the legend ROM, ported to Hero
  12. I would use Pauls Modaco 3.2 Rom to lose your rom flashing virginity. It's the most bug-free one out there and in my opinion the fastest too. The teknologist kernel that comes with 3.2 is absolutely kickass and the tweaks paul has done in Rom makes it so snappy. You phone is rooted once you have the custom recovery image I suppose, but it is free from all the t-mobile branding shiz once you flash your new rom. Do a nandroid backup incase anything goes wrong and you can go back to exactly how your phone was before flashing. There are a bunch of apps for backing up sms and contact stuff. Good luck!
