  1. I'm not really sure, but I tend to steer clear of cases with magnets, I'm just too scared that it will harm my phone. Updated with new cases.
  2. Thanks, that seemed to work. Anyway, about the build quality of the phone. Does your phone make (or feel) creaking noises when you squeeze areas of the phone? (coming from the back case). I assume this is because of the plastic build, but I'm used to having a firm phone that's solid, and this is getting on my nerves a bit.
  3. Well as you know the Galaxy S only recently came out, so finding decent cases for it can be troublesome. Here are some I've found. 4. That's how I've been usually doing it (with my other Android phones), but when I hit mount nothing happens.
  5. Just got mine today. Great phone but having a few issues with it. Can't seem to use the mass storage mode either. Also, is anyone elses back case of the phone slightly creaky? Mine seem to creak at certain areas if it hasn't been held down in awhile. Must be all that plastic stuff.
  6. Hey there, an update. I just got my new battery finally and now in the process of testing it. No reboots so far, fingers crossed :(
  7. Hey, you've read my messages already. My pulse has started to reboot randomly again after installing 2.1 official. I am getting a new battery to see if anything changes, will post results when I get it.
  8. For now I would get the official Hungarian version: http://android.modaco.com/content/t-mobile...mobile-hungary/ And wait for it to be rooted (dunno if it has yet, didn't check)
  9. I've uploaded it onto Mediafire if you're still having problems http://www.mediafire.com/?tmzvmyfz03y I checked there were no errors, but I still can't guarantee its perfect.
  10. Thats what I've been trying.. again. And it still doesn't work. I don't think its software related anymore, could be a hardware related problem :/
  11. It's not helping even when I did a nandriod backup. It's now even worse that ever, it keeps rebooting every 2-5 seconds after reaching the main screen.. thanks
  12. Well the problem is I can't now, I downgraded it to the Dec 09 stock tmobile pulse upgrade, which removed the custom recovery image and everything else.
  13. Hey, my pulse keeps rebooting A LOT randomly. I tried to install 2.1 today, but i kept getting .acore errors and reboots every few seconds. So I decided to revert back to the last stable rom, but it still keeps randomly rebooting. Getting fed up, I reverted back to the stock update (December 09), however it STILL reboots every few seconds. I have no idea whats going on and how I can fix this. Any suggestions? Thanks.
  14. Hey, anyone else have this problem? I have a few specks of dust that appear to be trapped under the screen. There is no screen protector, I removed the one that came with the phone, and it isn't dead/stuck pixels because they show up clearly even though its off. I was wondering if there is any way of clearing them out apart from opening up the pulse? Speaking of opening it up, is there a service manual for it yet on how to dismantle it? Cheers.
  15. The problem I think is called "screen-door effect". The symptoms sound like it, but I'm not sure if screens on a phone can get this effect.
