  1. Personally I would love to have this rom on my 02x, all I would like is pure android gingerbread. If I know that getting it would be a bit awkward I wouldn't have bothered with the phone.
  2. Market doesn't work over 3g with this baseband, how do I get back to the original? I did the FLASH.bat and it restored everything back to v10b except the baseband. Edit :- works after a reboot.
  3. I tried this ROM today and didn't get any echo in the couple of test calls I made. Back on stock now but that's another story.
  4. If you use wavesecure you can backup your messages to the wavesecure server before wiping. I know this doesn't help now but ....
  5. Thanks for this, finally I have got navigation in Finland on my HTC desire.
  6. I am using a generic desire with no carrier branding, the name of the file I extracted the rom.zip from is RUU_Bravo_HTC_WWE_1.21.405.2_Radio_32.36.00.28U_4.06.00.02_2_release_126984_sign d.exe It worked for me where previously I came unstuck, I know this doesn't help but there you go :)
  7. Yep, works fine on 0.80 bootloader, I just unrooted now for testing. Cheers!!! :)
  8. This is something that has confused me too, the radio does work in the rooted "default" 1.15 I have but doesn't function in the modaco roms. I don't know why this is the case.
  9. Absolutely can not get this to work at all (tried on 2 pc's) I have HTC Synch installed and performed a synch prior to running the ROM. I have the green mark down in the sys tray, run the exe and it detects my phone and reboots to the bootloader. Then it times out with a [171] USB connection error. Anyone got any ideas? I'm currently running 04/May 1.15.405.4 - HTC Desire Stock ROM
  10. Install APN backup from the market, run it and select "delete all APN's" This will remove everything and allow the program to run again, I had the same problems.
  11. Ok well that's good news, can you confirm that you have full market access on your rooted desire then? I like to use the "MarketAccess" app as it runs at bootup and runs silently. I don't have the desire yet but I am making a swap deal for my nexus with my colleague.
  12. I thought that this didn't work on the desire due to the system partition being non writable (or something like that) Has this restriction now been "fixed"?
  13. Well it's certainly unconfirmed now
  14. Either I am being really stupid (quite probable) but I can't find this FM radio. Also the coloured trackball alerts are MIA. Anyone found the FM radio?
  15. I'm in Finland but have family in Manchester and have a perfect Nexus One, would swap for the desire. Send me a mail "blah blah blah" removed email address.
