  1. Ive tried using both recovery's on the forum and both are doing the same thing. When i try and do the backup is just says, 'Error : Run 'nandroid-mobile.sh' via adb Its saying this for nearly everything i have tried. The device is also not showing via adb on mac or windows. Anyone have any ideas? :) Thanks Chris

Custom ROM will unlock phone or not ?

No, rooting the phone and putting a custom ROM on it does not unlock the phone. If the phone is locked you will have to buy an unlock code. chris
  3. Could anyone tell me if wired and wireless tether works on the custom ROM? thanks chris
  4. Hi, ive looked around, i cannot find anything either. But this is because its a reasonably new phone and not overly popular so give it a month and there will be some on ebay, just keep checking. chris

    Need some help?

Device Specs: Sapphire PVT 32B ENG S-OFF H HBOOT-1.33.2005 (SAPP10000) CPLD-10 Radio-2.22.19.26I Rom: CyanogenMod 5.0.7-DS My device seems to be lagging a lot, not always but i don't think its running as fast as it should be. Ive turned everything off (gps, wifi, etc) all apps closed (using 'Advanced Task Killer' (ATK)) i get around 29m - 35m memory available which ATK told me. Is this what i should be getting or should i be getting higher readings? It may just be me being picky, but thought i would ask anyway. Thanks Chris

Looking to get a budget android device

I suggest either putting more money too ur budget or buy an older phone like the G1 (HTC Dream) or the HTC Magic (Saphire/Mytouch3G) I really dont like the pulse mini at all. The screen on it is way too small and gets frustrating to use. And the older phones can easily be rooted to android 2.1 or 2.2 Myself at the minute have the HTC Magic and i cant fault it. Runs great with Cyanogen 5.0.7 android 2.2 ROM Chris

  14. Just checked on the XDA forums, and they have decrypted some X10 Roms and by the looks of things we are very close to a root. Link here Chris
