Just find and install launcher from the market, then shortly tap home button, then select launcher from the list. -

Driver is patched because original driver not include information for ZTE Racer. For more infos look at this topic: http://android.modaco.com/content/zte-race...zte-racer-link/ I say "if your system don't recognize your device properly", so if driver work ok, you no need to do anything. -
