    Samsung Saga i770 -

    My Verizon Samsung Saga (i770) keeps giving me a ARM9 Fatal Error message. When it gives this me this message, I either have to do a soft reset or take the battery out to get it restarted. It has done this in the past, but has always reset and worked okay. Now it's different. It will start cycling and repeat the following pattern: It shuts down, powers up, stays on for about 45 to 60 seconds and then shuts down again. It will keep cycling in this manner until I take the battery out. I would very much like to retrieve my contacts, some of which are not synched, as well as several Word Mobile files and photos. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
