  1. Did you check your time/ date settings? Icon will not turn blue if date is too far off.
  2. Yes, there is a solution. Update CWM to this version made by KonstaT, and the ext4 partition is included again in the backup! http://www.modaco.co...40#entry1948783
  3. Well no, it's not just your setup. I have been trying a lot, including re-format of the sd and ext partitions, but the reboot message stays. So, yes its working but not fully. I never had this problem with older versions. I'm even starting to suspect it might be related to cfx. Is your sd-ext partition ext3 or ext4?
  4. Hi XeS0r, Yes, I did. Anyway just tried it again and this is the output: C:\android-sdk-windows\platform-tools>adb shell * daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 * * daemon started successfully * ~ # e2fsck -p /dev/block/mmcblk0p2 e2fsck -p /dev/block/mmcblk0p2 /dev/block/mmcblk0p2 was not cleanly unmounted, check forced. /dev/block/mmcblk0p2: 6149/62592 files (1.0% non-contiguous), 147857/250045 bloc ks ~ # I then reboot the blade and go back to cwm. Unfortunatly same error when trying to mount sd-ext. Is there an other command i could try with e2fsck to see more details?
  5. Hi XeS0r, After performing the above, clockworkmod (5.0.2.0) can't mount my sd-ext anymore. The log shows: failed to mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p2 (invalid argument) S2E however, continues to work fine, and I can also browse sd-ext after booting into android, so files are still there. This wouldn't be so much of a problem, except now clockworkmod fails to include the sd-ext in the backup. Can you, or anyone else, please help to fix this, without the easy 're-format' way?
  6. Then what is the right way to format? I have applications and data on ext working as well by the way.
  7. Reporting back.. Yes, I have 2 options selected, 'applications' and 'applications data' Right now I am actually on the latest version 2.2.0 , i'm not to sure of the sequence of events, but it was something like reflashing the rom, cleaning cache/dalvik, not able to go to play-store, restoring version 1.2.1, getting apps back, update to 2.2.0 Seems to be working now, some minor issue left with the S2E application not showing that my apps and data are actually on the SD-ext, but no biggie. Thnx!
  8. Thanks Alex, A previous fix was active (simple2ext-v3) will try to remove that and try again tonight. Apps on the ext partition were only invisible after the upgrade, they reappeared after reverting to the previous version.
  9. Hi Alex131089, The latest update of S2E (where the author mentions you and the mount point) breaks compatibility in my case. Tried -from a working setup- to update to the latest version of S2E (using play-store) for a few times now (with both 10-5 and 15-5 CFX roms), but everytime I reboot after that upgrade I lose all that apps the were on the sd-ext partition. For now I have reverted back to the previous version of S2E, but do you have any idea what can be causing this?
  10. I have been struggling with different guides/zips to get s2e to work on coldfusionx until i flashed the modified zip asm19 posted yesterday. http://android.modac...ost__p__1931545 Now everything works great.
  11. Very good release, was just checking it out, but will not return to cm7. Just one question i haven't seen addressed before recently. I use gps a lot, and a fix used to be a matter of seconds. Now more often than not, its like minute(s). In the past I have noticed differences in fix times with different roms. I wonder if there is something like a gps fix patch for the blade, or anything else I can do myself to improve this?
  12. The frog and sometimes the stars were missing for me as well. Untill... I uninstalled the cracked version and bought the original on the market! Never had any problems after that (running green V5, blue5)
  13. Hi, I'm new to this forum and don't have my Blade yet, but I do have the ZT-180 tablet which is also an ARM6 device. Not that long ago flash 10.1 was released for this tablet. It's very slow, but works. If it works for the ZT180, why wouldn't it be possible for the ZTE Blade?
