  1. Was more in hope than expectation. Not paying Virgin a penny more after this shocking firmware rip off so it'll stay network locked in a draw till a solution is found.

Thanks for the guide, had trouble as it wouldnt boot to cwm image which was solved with http://www.modaco.com/topic/365228-recovery-clockworkmod-6036-for-zte-blade-v/#entry2160379 and then couldnt get superuser as download link wasnt working but got one from google docs https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BwYKbOD16O6PYkd0VVFyNnF0Z2c/edit and its sorted, cheers.
  4. My youngest had this phone for xmas and basically cant install any apps as the internal memory is so low, can anyone help with a simple guide to root and change the system partition size please. Not bothered about a new rom or anything just want to enable him to install more than a couple of apps. Think its got about 170mb of internal space to install apps which is basically all used up by system apps and updates, thanks for any help, hes got a 4gb sd card so if i can use that as the internal memory it would be great thanks. It isnt rooted so any guide needs to start from the beginning. Cheers.
  5. RIght sorry for the stupid question but if i unlock the bootloader in this way does it mean i can just load Gingerbread or any other rom onto my phone by just putting the update onto a sd card?

  8. Ive got one, using it for xbmc and really happy with it, a few nags are ip address changing with each reboot and although flash is installed it doesnt seem to work. I emailed ugoos asking for a fix a few weeks ago and recieved an update.zip this morning, dont want to install it though incase its not an improvement, would appreciate if anyone else has tried this update to let me know is it better firmware than what im running.   9. thanks for the link, rolled back with this and everything is back working well apart from the browser, its hanging all the time...any suggestions, i was thinking of upgrading and rolling back again?
  10. Updated to official ICS and hated it, downloaded the rollback from huawei to b895 only problem is flash player no longer shows up, can anyone upload or link the .apk for me pls
