YouTube videos are now limited to a maximum size, so each viewing would only be that size, rather than a continuous media stream which could soon mount up as a single 'download'. Of course if you watch hundreds of the things you would still find you were reaching the ceiling of your plan, regardless of whether it was streaming or not. Thanks for that, was going to wait for T-mobile to release it with the Web/Walk plan but I want the 'relatively' unbranded ones orange are selling now.
