Guest lemmingzappa Posted February 14, 2010 Report Share Posted February 14, 2010 I just wanna let you know my experience...fasten your seatbelt :D I used better terminal to upgrade my recovery and read error happened...ok, so i went trough the adb procedure...same error. So i was thinking, reading this thread, that i would was unable to reach my old recovery. I turned off the phone and the recovery was upgraded! Fresh 1.5.3.1 is in there, all the functions are alive and kickin! Don't know what happened...but i got it, if someone can explain to me what's going on i would really appreciate! Guest phillevy Posted February 17, 2010 Report Share Posted February 17, 2010 Note that the instructions at the start of this thread are slightly wrong and the filename has _s and not -s in it. I think this might have caused the problems for me the first time. Check the filename of the file you downloaded.
