Thanks Dario.

I noticed another issue, which I also experienced with Cyanogen : when i connect the phone to my PC via USB, sometimes the phone reboots, and starts without asking for the PIN code. Once the phone is on, a few widgets desappear (same ones as in my above post for instance).

Is that a Froyo issue ?

Nico

BTW : at the moment i'm running 2.2 on version A1-05.01.05 (2.6.29), and my Liquid is the original standard Liquid.

I never experienced this issue, even with my ROM.. i'll do some tests with the next version before releasing it :)

DSP manager is also very good. I like it a lot as it give me a lot of control over the sound.

I know that it might not be nice of me to ask, but am currently running lcr-f 1.1, could you please tell me how to get this working? Your work is really appreciated.

Sure! I took the DSP manager apk from Cyanogen and put it in System/app,then you must replace "libaudioflinger" file in System/lib. But before doing this you can also try to install the apk in attachment on LCR :)

Attachment in my reply :)

Then,if this doesn't works take the zip file of LCR,unpack it and do the same thing with a ROM that has DSP feature. Once done this, take all the audio libraries from the second rom and replace the LCR ones. Take the apk file and put it in /System/app. Then repack and flash without sign check. Unfortunately you may incurr in bootloop doing this.. btw,if you can wait, tomorrow i can do a modified version of LCR with DSP and send you the download link :)

I think a LOT of people here would REALLY like that! Is it possible to create a rom independent update.zip for dsp?

Hey Dario,

thanks for the effort, will check the new version later.

BTW, do you think having an autokiller with Froyo is good ? Thought Froyo was handling running apps differently and that there was no need for an autokiller (which is battery consuming too). My two cents, i'm not a specialist !!!

com.google.process.gapps. CRASH

:)

If you don't like white bar you can apply a theme! :) And for the crash,i checked because I didn't had this problem.. now I discovered that is related to Google synchronization... I'm going to release a patch ASAP

Autokiller can "control" the way froyo handles the apps, applying some parameters (For example Xianogen has it).. But you're right,Froyo can autokill apps without 3rd party apps, so i'll check if without Autokiller there's a battery life improvement. Thanks for this suggestion! :)

thanks for your great work!

Could you please add the power control widget from CyanogenMod to your ROM? I like it very much but couldn't find it from other dev's ROMs.

thanks again!
