I would recommend you have a app killer and use it every time your screen is off.. the app killer kills all your apps :) This will save battery and speed of your phone will not decrease but this will prevent multi-tasking, I prefer Stability over multitasking. Nice donw Antonio! In the logcat I didn't see any Copybit problem. So I gues you or or Tom or maybe the Cyanogen Guys has fixed this! I really Hope that you or Tom did that part! +1 So now About the camera. I'm a fraid that this could be a driver problem, and not a app problem at all! I use Advanced Task killer - seems to work to kill processes when phone is slow, unless anyone has a better alternative? Before you upgrade to 2.3 Gingerbread, download rom manager and go flash into recovery. The camera does not work, nor with the stock Android app nor with any other 3rd party app (Vignete, Camera360, ...). Unfortenately, it's a driver problem. About Copybit issue. Guest will8578 Posted April 19, 2011 Report Share Posted April 19, 2011 hello Antonio, a few questions if you dont mind, firstly when you said about cm7 being released as vanilla, does that mean bog standard without tweaks? secondly, is there a bug or fault with a2sd when you move apps on the sd card and they fc? or is it just them being on the sd card is the problem? also the last time TomG mentioned about updating the kernal, if that is possible does it make the phone faster? or does the specs of the phone decide all of this, many thanks for your help.. I have the almost same setup, as you suggested, but I enabled compcache, as a result, it seems I get higher Linpack score. I have a 8230 by the way. Linpack 4.885 Quadrant 396 These are the same as on my CM6+ The Neocore, has almost no picture, except, for some fxs like lights and smoke. I guess thats why i get higher score then CM6 :( But unfortunately I only have 100mb of free ram. Any suggestion, what CAN I remove to free some mbs? I had around 160 on better days :) And you mentioned something about a new CM6 build?! But now it doesn't do any problem when you watch some video, nor something like that! Antonio pls chk the link I post few posts before! In there I findout that this could be some problem with the kernel. You can easylly understand on that forum. I'llpeek a sneak on that thread once again! EDIT: Just take a look HERE!
