My phone crashed earlier and since, the screen has been dark. My custom brightness levels have reset :/

Can you post a screenshot of your custom levels?

I'm just on defaults so I'm probably not much use to you. :P

Oh, okay, the ICS boot animation is back. Oops. That's what you get for being lazy about things. :P

I'll probably just inject the CM9 one in to the ROM and upload it again.

Edit: Abort abort! Touch screen is completely borked. Removing the link.

Edit 2: I'll push this back to early tomorrow afternoon. The only thing I can think that could've done it is the attempt at a Vivacity fix. I haven't changed anything else.

So that could work on the vivacity then?

You can by all means try it out, I think it's still quoted in Ninjeh's post, but I wouldn't hold too much hope for it.

Woops :P

How much did you change?

-Ninjeh.

I'm guessing I probably oversimplified what was actually different between the CM7 and CM9 device configs. (I inherited both from different authors). I basically went, "well that file's missing, that's the solution". I definitely haven't recompiled kernels which contain a lot of the touch stuff...

I'll still give it a try unless fr0do beats me to it and it doesn't work :P

And so you basically tried to use knowledge of a CM7 fix on CM9?

Yes, but lazily. I know, I know, ZTE devices, you have to bend over backwards to get simple things to work, I should've known better.

silly question... but does the crescent (osfii) support 16gb sdhc?? i only got 2gb sd and want to get a new one

Yes, specs say upto even 32GB but 16GB is confirmed to be working.

Though if the limits are same in CM, Daz or someone else will have to confirm. I got a bunch of 2Gs

No reason why they shouldn't be.
