Guest Potatoes
hi any screenshots?? more details about rom, please. It looks no different to stock ics. Its pretty much stripped to the bone b940. Pre rooted, busybox, omega kernel out the box. The only real thing that sets it aside from the other stripped stock roms is the funky jelly bean like transition effects. They're not true JB transitions since the windows always pop out from the center of the screen rather than from where the app icon is. But the transitions are nice, fast and unobtrusive. The performance of the rom is as you'd expect from any of the newer roms so its fast. I'm actually currently using this with a few minor modifications of my own, I only put it on to test but ended up keeping it since its as good as the rest. Guest krishang3
My next build looks more unique. I will base this rom on b936 as its better. My new build I made works gr8 but wifi crashes and its annoying so I will move it to b936. I will post screenshots for new build not old one. Thanks for checking this rom out. Guest fillwatertank
@krishang3 u guy are awesomly awesome 'coz of this outstanding rom. everything work, -after i did a hard titaniuming, i got 230-250 of free ram after boot up(although a switched to lightning launcher) ts is pretty sensible (934 based roms didnt as good as it is) wifi and bt switch are missing for me, but a can live without them. so. thank you for your work, keep it up dude, more tweaks for smaller memory footprint, more stripped kernel/apps and this stuff will be perfect. respect: fillwatertank ps. my english is far no good (sry about that.) Guest TangerineTractor
this is running brilliantly! fast smooth no issues my only complaint is the lack of alarm and notification tones, but easily resolved by installing zedge and downloading. Guest TangerineTractor
I don't want toggles! I prefer power toggles ... it's more customizable. please don't spoil this Rom by adding a load off extras that aren't needed. if you're updating the base, keep a nice clean Rom for those of us who like our own specific apps added utility's. Can i flash this over that? As long as your baseband is 2030 in the settings, you can flash any ICS or Jellybean rom's. Make sure you wipe correctly in CWM recovery. Guest krishang3
If he sets it so you enable them through settings then people who want it win and people who don't want it don't loose out Ok here's what I noticed when testing this Rom, superuser denies every single permission, patched fix can be downloaded from the first thread under the Rom (heavily recommended if you want root xD). The reason well we all, maybe some noticed that B940 strictly wouldn't allow root for some reason, well here is the same case, I rebased my Rom on B936 partially, So its basically B940 and B936 that's the main reason why the Rom might cut WiFi, so B940 isn't perfect. My latest build will be based fully on B936, with more enhancements, also you might notice that the sensors are bit off, my .so files which were backed up on my USB was lost so I had to get out of this easy by adding new ones, but forgotten from my brain they were form B940 also. but its not as choppy, just will be noticed in racing games and other ones as well, what exactly will happen is that the sensors will kick in 1 second later, its a bit off. Working on Minimal attributes also and toggles, might ask dazzo or tillaz or any experienced dev, Maybe even Alberto96 from XDA. So if somebody want it to use it can easily flash in CWM. (anyway i usually use only wifi and bt switch.) nowi found a tiny app on the Market, called switch-wifi. its only 34 kb, and put itself to the notification bar. it works quite well, and a lightweight-enough solution. cant wait for ur minimal edition! Some news for new build. No minimal anymore... drains battery and enabling 2D accelleration only gets the full theme working. Kind of pointless and some frameworks were abnormal. Porting systemui.apk from nexus. *suggested by tillaz*might think of porting it just to see how it works. Added new fonts to leagcy. If you are on b2 I advice you not to update launcher Edited September 30, 2012 by krishang3
Guest fillwatertank
Anyway. i gave a try to zeam launcher, i made some more factory app uninstall and freezing via Titanium backup, and voila after reboot, the free ram was 270Mb! thats more than nice form an ICS. (i use only one screen, no animations, just pure responsiveness) "No minimal anymore... drains battery and enabling 2D accelleration only gets the full theme working.
