I took the whole SAP apart before. I thought that the bezel is glued to the front casing eh. The design of the Tanager's hardware is really bad. The front casing snaps into the back casing. No screws are used. There is only 1 screw inside which holds the board to the front casing. @*, I think we should make a formal complaint letter and send it to BP and HTC. We'll all sign it. wadaya tinks? where do i sign? i've also noticed something with the back cover of the SAP, i can see where they pried the front cover off. there are pressure marks on the side (4 in all). as a result the alignment of the back and front cover has spaces as the back cover is very slightly dented. the service really needs to improve! they should train their technicians better! Then we can sign it pag nag-EB uli. The dents on the side were caused by them prying the unit open. Noticed the same when I got my old SAP repaired at BP.
