tibay yan sa bagsakan. Yung sa GF ko, wala pang 4 hrs niya nakuha, nabagsak na sa floor. Nagkalas-kalas yung battery, sim card, dummy sd. Pero buhay pa rin. hehehe...

di pala ako pwede 9am sa sabado. duty ko hanggang 12 eh. pero bahala sila! gawin nila sapsap ko. kundi maghahalo ang balat sa tinalupan!!!

pinalitan nga lahat tulad nung kay rodnav.. keypads, softkey, call keys, front casing, side buttons.. pero bat may buhok na nakaumang sa gilid ng sapsap ko??? and for crying out loud, may PINGER-PRINT!!!! dalawa pa ang hayup!!! :cryl: mabuksan na nga tong sapsap ko!!!

oo pards. anak ng qtek! sabi nung girl sa reception, sir bakit qtek? hindi smart? tapos sya na rin sumagot sa tanong nya.. "ahhh! yung qtek kasi microsoft din yun!" bwahaha! ano kaya yun? "maganda yung qtek kasi pwede kang magpalit ng screen (she was referring to the startup pic) pwede infrared lang.." WHAT THE HELL IS SHE TALKING ABOUT? pero ok yun. at least they are stupid enough not to test if my sapsap is openline or what not.

hindi ka binati ng BP receptionist ng happy birthday? ;) hehehe!

so, hindi natin na-void yung warranty ng smart even if we are using a different ROM other than the smart ROM... :wink: or wala lang talaga silang kaalam-alam! hehehe! hindi sila BRIGHT and SMART! :D

with a fingerprint and a pubic hair, you can identify who is really at fault, may DNA and fingerprint evidence ka!

i haven't opened my SAP yet to remove the print, di naman halata in most lightings.

hayaan mo na yung dna testing pards! mahal nun eh! tsaka sa st luke's lang meron nun. kalaban namin yun. anyway, may nagpost dito kung pano buksan tong sapsap. yung harap lang. ganun ginawa ko kasi ang higpit nung screw eh!!! alam nyo ba na isang screw lang katapat ng sapsap natin?

nakadikit lang ng double-edge tape yung bezel. dali lang din ibalik. di na ko nagdalawang-isip na buksan kasi yung sticker ng bp, sa gilid nilagay. hehehe!

welcome to the "not da pinger club" hehe... ;)

anyway, buti nga yung bezel lang tinanggal mo e. I took the whole SAP apart before. I thought that the bezel is glued to the front casing eh.

The design of the Tanager's hardware is really bad. The front casing snaps into the back casing. No screws are used. There is only 1 screw inside which holds the board to the front casing.

I think we should make a formal complaint letter and send it to BP and HTC. We'll state that we are not satisfied with their quality assurance.

We'll all sign it.

where do i sign?

i've also noticed something with the back cover of the SAP, i can see where they pried the front cover off. there are pressure marks on the side (4 in all). as a result the alignment of the back and front cover has spaces as the back cover is very slightly dented.

the service really needs to improve! they should train their technicians better!

i'll draft the complaint letter when I get the free time. I'll post it here para ma-review ng lahat. Then we can sign it pag nag-EB uli.

The dents on the side were caused by them prying the unit open. Noticed the same when I got my old SAP repaired at BP. Then when I opened it, I saw a crack in the casing inside.
